When using, first clean the surface of the density board workpiece to be processed thoroughly, ensuring there are no dust, oil stains or burrs. There is no need to cut this type of heat transfer film according to the size of the workpiece in advance. Simply install the entire roll of film material onto the corresponding workstation of the heat transfer machine directly. Adjust the temperature, pressure and transfer speed of the equipment according to the characteristics of the substrate to ensure a smooth and flat adhesion between the film surface and the workpiece surface. After the heat transfer is completed by the heat transfer machine through heat pressing, remove the backing film to obtain a complete and uniform decorative effect.
