Adjust the heat transfer machine to the suitable parameters (temperature around 180℃, uniform pressure, and speed, fine-tuning according to product specifications), align the entire roll of straight-grain wood-grain heat transfer film with the surface of the base material such as density board (no need for cutting, the entire roll fits), fix it, and then start the transfer. After the equipment completes the program, the release film layer is naturally peeled off, and the base material will present regular wood grain. The operation is highly efficient and suitable for industrial batch decoration.
