Weathered old wood texture heat transfer film

When using the Wuxin Technology heat transfer film, fix the entire roll of the heat transfer film onto the heat transfer machine, directly place the film surface onto the surface of the PS or PVC decorative board or grille board that needs to be transferred. Align the positions and then insert the board into the heat transfer machine. Adjust the temperature and pressure parameters of the equipment according to the characteristics of the board. After the heat transfer machine completes the heating and pressure process, remove the board and peel off the base film layer of the film. This will enable the cracked old wood grain to be completely transferred onto the surface of the board.

1. The heat transfer film precisely replicates and conforms to the natural cracking texture and longitudinal straight lines of aged wood, presenting a visual effect that is similar to that of natural wood in terms of layers and details. 
2. The colors are divided into two main types: gray tones and brown tones. The gray tones are suitable for cold-toned decorative styles, while the brown tones restore the original color expression of tropical wood materials. 
3. The membrane surface has the physical property of being resistant to scratches. Even if the sheet surface is subjected to slight friction or abrasion after transfer, the texture will not be damaged. 
4. It has the property of resisting water. When exposed to moisture, it will not experience color fading or texture blurring, and can be used in humid environments. 
5. It has the ability to resist sunlight. When placed in an environment exposed to sunlight for a long time, the color and texture of the transferred wood grain will not undergo rapid fading.
