Vintage distressed oak grain heat transfer film

The processing is completed using a thermal transfer machine. A whole roll of retro aged oak grain thermal transfer film is laid evenly on the surface of the workpiece. After adjusting the equipment, a heat pressing operation is carried out. By applying high temperature, the wood grain and color are transferred onto the substrate. After the processing is finished, the base film can be directly peeled off, resulting in an outdoor decorative surface with a retro oak texture.

1. Texture and color presentation: The retro aged oak texture recreates the scratches and chiseling marks left by a knife on real wood, featuring multiple shades of wood tones with a gentle transition, and reproducing the retro atmosphere of the aged wood.
2. Resistance to scratching performance: After the film surface is formed, it can withstand daily external scratches and friction. During outdoor use, it reduces the appearance of scratches on the surface, maintaining the integrity of the component's exterior.
3. Resistance to water environment performance: It does not change when exposed to rain and moisture environments. In outdoor humid conditions, the surface state can remain stable, suitable for various outdoor scenarios.
4. Resistance to sun exposure performance: After being exposed to long-term sunlight, the color does not show significant changes, reducing the fading situation in outdoor environments, and prolonging the use state of the surface.

Scope of application: Outdoor furniture, beach chairs, outdoor bathtubs, blinds, etc.
