Nordic oak flat pattern heat transfer film

This heat transfer film, when paired with a heat transfer machine, can complete the operation. Before starting the operation, clean the PS, solid wood picture frames and decorative lines as the base materials to be transferred, ensuring that the surfaces are free of oil stains, dust and burrs. Insert the entire roll of film into the equipment, so that the printing layer of the film adheres to the surface of the base material. Adjust the temperature, speed and pressure parameters of the heat transfer machine according to the material of the base material, and then start the equipment to complete continuous transfer. After the operation is completed, remove the base film and you will obtain a clear texture.

1. Restore the straight grain texture of the Nordic oak after planing. The texture is straight and regular, with smooth lines. After transfer printing, it can present a natural appearance close to that of natural wood.
2. Use a light beige plain color as the base, with a soft and clean tone, without excessive color deviation. It can be compatible with various decoration styles and different color systems of substrates.
3. The surface layer has the characteristic of being scratch-resistant. Minor friction during daily use will not leave scratches, and it can maintain the flatness and integrity of the decorative surface for a long time.
4. The product has water resistance. When exposed to water, it is unlikely to warp or peel off. It can be adapted to daily usage environments with relatively high humidity.
5. It has sun resistance. After long-term exposure to light, it is unlikely to fade or change color. The color perception of the decorative surface can be maintained stably for a long time.
