Retro rust-patterned heat transfer film

Lay the Wuxin Technology retro rust-patterned heat transfer film (no need for cutting) flat on the surface of PS, PVC decorative panels, wall panels or furniture panels, and edge banding strips, and then send it into the heat transfer machine. Set the appropriate temperature and time based on the characteristics of the substrate, and start the transfer. During the process, the deep brown base color of the membrane surface and the mottled rust texture are simultaneously transferred. After completion, the membrane material is removed, and the retro metallic texture adheres firmly, simply achieving an industrial-style surface decoration.

1. Texture presentation: It simulates the mottled texture of metal rust, with a deep brown background interwoven with the texture of rust, recreating the visual layers of a retro industrial style and endowing the base material with the traces of time.
2. Color stability: The main color of deep brown is combined with rust-colored textures. After being treated for sun resistance and water resistance, the color remains in its original state even after long-term exposure or contact with moisture.

Scope of application: It can be used for wall panels, wood-plastic board frames, Great Wall boards, grating boards, floorboards, hot stamping foil and carbon crystal boards made of new materials such as wood-plastic /PVC. The hot stamping foil can form various patterns on the surface of these base materials, such as imitating solid wood, stone and tiles, making home decoration more aesthetically pleasing.
