Soft sand silk satin heat transfer film

When using the Wuxin Technology soft sand silk satin texture heat transfer film, first lay the PS or PVC material decorative board or grating board flat, then directly cover the entire roll of heat transfer film on the surface of the base material. After that, send both into the heat transfer machine together. After the transfer process of heating and pressurizing by the equipment, when the temperature cools down, remove the film layer, and the surface of the base material will present a soft sand silk satin texture decorative feel.

1. Texture presentation: Its soft sandy silk satin texture is delicately interwoven. After transfer printing, it can restore the soft texture of silk satin on the surface of the base material, visually presenting a light and gentle luster layer.
2. Color tone compatibility: It covers multiple color tones such as light beige, warm apricot, and silver gray, which can match different decorative styles and create a harmonious visual effect with various space color schemes.
3. Scratch resistance: After the transfer film is formed, the surface has good scratch resistance. During daily contact or slight friction, it is not easy to cause obvious scratches and maintains surface regularity.
4. Water resistance: After the film layer is combined with the substrate, it is not prone to seepage or lifting when exposed to water. It can also maintain a stable state when in contact with water stains during daily cleaning.
5. Sun resistance: When exposed to light for a long time, its color is less likely to turn white or fade, and it can maintain its original color state for a relatively long time.

Scope of application: It can be used for wall panels, wood-plastic board frames, Great Wall boards, grating boards, floorboards, hot stamping foil and carbon crystal boards made of new materials such as wood-plastic /PVC. The hot stamping foil can form various patterns on the surface of these base materials, such as imitating solid wood, stone and tiles, making home decoration more aesthetically pleasing.
