Tree Tumor Phantom Series heat transfer film

The Wuxin Technology Tree Tumor Phantom series heat transfer film can be adapted to conventional heat transfer machines to complete transfer operations and can be directly rolled onto the machine for continuous transfer processes. They can be directly loaded onto the machine to adapt to the continuous transfer process. During operation， simply align and adhere the film material with the PS or PVC decorative board substrate. Adjust the core parameters such as transfer temperature， pressure， and duration according to the characteristics of the substrate. Start the equipment and complete the uniform and stable surface transfer. The operation is convenient and efficient.

1. The product replicates the original texture of natural tree burls, presenting cloud-like and ever-changing textures. It does not have regular straight wood grain. The surface texture is fine, meeting the expression needs of various decorative styles.
2. The series includes colors such as ink black, gold amber, dark brown, moon gray, and warm coffee. The color reproduction is high, and the color difference within the same batch of products is small. It can meet the color matching requirements for different finishes.
3. The surface after transfer printing has anti-scuffing properties. Minor friction during daily use does not leave scratches, which can maintain the stability of the surface condition and extend the service life of the decorative surface.
4. The transfer-printed decorative surface has water resistance. When exposed to water, it does not easily show color fading or peeling, and can be used for decoration in humid environments such as bathrooms and kitchens.
5. After transfer printing, the product has sun resistance. It does not easily show color fading or color change under long-term light exposure, and can be used for decoration in areas with abundant light such as balconies and window sills.
