Weathered old wood grain heat transfer film

When using the Wuxin Technology cracked old wood grain heat transfer film, fix the entire roll of the heat transfer film on the heat transfer machine, directly place the film surface onto the surface of the PS or PVC decorative board or grille board that needs to be transferred. Align the positions and then put the board into the heat transfer machine. Adjust the temperature and pressure parameters of the equipment according to the characteristics of the board. After the heat transfer machine completes the heating and pressure process, take out the board and peel off the base film layer of the film. Then, the cracked old wood grain can be completely transferred onto the surface of the board.

1. The heat transfer film precisely replicates and conforms to the natural cracking texture and longitudinal straight lines of aged wood, presenting a visual effect similar to that of natural wood.
2. There are two color options: gray tone and brown tone. The gray tone suits a cold decorative style, while the brown tone restores the original color of rosewood-like wood.
3. The film surface has a scratch-resistant physical property. After transfer, if the board surface is slightly rubbed or scratched, the texture is unlikely to be damaged.
4. It has water resistance. When exposed to water, it will not cause color loss or texture blurring, and can be used in humid environments.
5. It has sun resistance. When placed in a lighted environment for a long time, the color and texture of the transferred wood grain will not quickly fade.
